Most of a hair serum never reaches your scalp.

It is a cosmetic, not a medicine.
There is no minoxidil in it and it is not a prescription treatment. If you are dealing with sudden or patchy loss, a doctor is the right first stop, not a serum.
It will not bring back a follicle that has closed.
Where the scalp has gone smooth and shiny, there is nothing left for anything topical to work with. Serums act on skin that still has something growing in it.
It works while you use it.
Like every leave in scalp product, this is a routine rather than a course. Stop using it and your scalp goes back to whatever it was doing before.
It cannot fix a cause that is internal.

Questions
Will it make my hair greasy?
It goes on the scalp rather than the length, which is what usually causes that. Use it on rows rather than flooding the whole head and it dries in without weight.
Wet hair or dry?
Dry, or towel dried. On soaking hair the serum runs before it settles.
Does it work on braids, locs or a weave?
Yes, and this is where the comb head earns its keep. It reaches between rows and along partings that your fingers cannot get to without undoing anything.
Can I use it with my other products?
Yes. It goes on the scalp after washing and before anything you put on the length. It is not a replacement for conditioner or oil.
How long does one bottle last?
About two months at daily use on a normal head of hair, longer if you are treating specific areas.
